Sajek is one of Bangladesh's most popular hill destinations. Although it's administratively in Rangamati District, the main access road is through Khagrachari, which is why many people associate it with the Chattogram region.

Here are some highlights:

• Distance from Chattogram: About 180–220 km, depending on your starting point and route.
• Distance from Khagrachari: Around 70 km.
• Elevation: Approximately 1,800 feet (550 meters) above sea level.
• Best time to visit: October to March for clear skies, or during the monsoon (June–August) if you enjoy lush green landscapes and clouds.
